AFC Urgent Care Denver City Park

staff and care and facility were all excellent. as i was waiting for my appointment though, the TV in the office began airing a commercial with a political message that made some wildly racist, egregious claims about the children of a certain ethnic minority. no clue how this political ad pushing propaganda for a foreign government got through to play in a doctors office, but it was inflammatory and highly disturbing. the staff told me what they play is sourced from corporate, i called AFC corporate and was told each location is franchised and responsible for their own programming. the provider did kindly offer to refund my visit, i did elect to stay to get what i needed from my appointment but likely won't be coming back.

Being my first visit to this location I was very pleased. Jazmyne was quite pleasant and checked me in and got me started. Within just a few minutes Lisbeth called me back and took my vitals and helped with some additional history. Nexted Kevin came in and reviewed the documents I brought. He was very thorough and answered my questions kindly. He ordered up blood work and provided me with much needed referrals for further follow up. This brought D in to complete my blood draws and explained my discharge paperwork. She provided time frames for my labs. She was excellent in drawing my blood needing only one try. Staff were amazing! Medical tech Liz was welcoming and pleasant! FNP Deirdra was pleasant and helpful to navigate tests for my current visit. Recommended if you’re looking for a new PCP :)

Deirdra and D provided excellent care. Jazmyne at the front desk was great too. Communication was great. Office was nice and extremely clean. Very happy with my experience!

My experience was amazing from scheduling the appointment to checking out. Citlaly at the front desk and Liz my MA were wonderful. Liz did a wonderful job drawing my blood- I am a very hard stick. I appreciate both these ladies.
