AFC Urgent Care Clifton

Very professional at the fromt desk. The rooms could be a little bit more cleaner- it wasnt swept and there were small spiders. There wasn’t a very long wait at all however, this urgent care states they don’t do bloodwork only chest examination. AFC in bloomfield does everythint and I found thats more helpful then someone just speaking to you. Regardless to AFC being acute care this location should offer more. Its more of a consultation. Physician on staff was a little curt- very brief.

What a fantastic urgent care experience! As someone visiting the area, I must say the level of service was truly impeccable, from the front desk staff to the clinical team. Their commitment to quick service ensured quick treatment promptly. For urgent medical needs, I cannot recommend this location highly enough. My only note is that 24-hour service would make it perfect.

Took the appointment on the same day . Wait time wasn’t too long for me . They took some test and provided the results while we’re waiting. Service was good. 2-3 days later they did a follow up call too . Have parking in front . Overall good experience.

I went in for a drug test. Their communication style is extremely authoritarian. Basic courtesy like saying “please” is completely absent. You don’t feel like you’re being addressed as a person, but rather as an object. Professionalism is not just about procedures — it also requires basic human respect.

The place was clean, and the staff from the front desk to the back staff like Tatiana were super friendly and professional. Even the doctor says hello to you on your way in. I was seen immediately. The waiting room is clean. Wifi is available, too. Tatiana even gave me a bottle of water to drink. This is a great practice happening here. Highly recommended.
