AFC Urgent Care Chamblee-Brookhaven

I had a pleasant visit to AFC Ugent Care in Brookhaven. The sign-in proces gave me the option to scan bar code or visit website. That was because my samsung A13 phone's camera does not have a barcode scanner, nor do I have a separate scanner app. The entire staff had personable, professional, and pleasant attitudes to patient care, and the attending physician shared valuable insight on how to address severe joint issues I am experiencing post-spinal surgery. The purpose of my visit was a routine employment screening, but the thoughtful attentiveness to my health left an indelible impact. And the facility's location, design, and cleanliness are impeecable. I strongly recommend AFC as a quality healhcare provider.

This location is amazing! The front staff was helpful and patient, she made sure I was well informed for my first time here and did not make me feel rushed or anxious. The nurse and doctor had excellent bedside manners, they took the time to listen to me and ensure I had the correct treatment for my illness. Thanks again top tier staff from the beginning to the end! I don’t want you to be sick, but if you need an urgent care, stop by!

Excellent service every time I have been here. Nice upfront pricing as I do not have insurance right now so they tell me what the fees are before we do the procedure. Everyone is incredibly nice here, and the doctors are very well trained. Love this place!

Check in was fast. Front desk was friendly. Nurse Practitioner listened to my concerns and prescribed appropriate medicine. She was very friendly too. This was early on a Sunday morning.

Visited today for an unusual reoccurring headache and lump on my wrist. The attending physician was straight to the point but very terse ("are you experiencing a headache right - yes or no"). A bit rude and smelled mildly of urine. The receptionist was kind. The NP was also very sweet. Paid $175 self-pay for the visit. 3/5
