AFC Urgent Care Broadway

Took my wife in for treatment of an apparent sinus infection while traveling. The visit to this clinic was well conducted with a favorable outcome (effective treatment). I would recommend this clinic to those needing primary care in the Denver area.

This was one of the better urgent cares I've been to! The staff was absolutely incredible my doctor that I saw Danielle was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of extremely well and made sure my bronchitis is on its way out!!!! I would highly highly recommend this urgent care!!!!!!! Every single lady there has great! Thank you for the great treatment!!!!

I needed a TB test for work and they made it so easy and smooth! When I came back 48hrs later for them to read the PPD I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff is kind and efficient, would definitely come back!

Super negative experience- would not recommend going here. The manager Carina was very rude both in person and on the phone. They couldn’t figure out the drug screening process that I needed for new employment and told me I could do an in office one instead but then weren’t able to send it anywhere. When I called to get clarification Carina was extremely rude and kept talking over me and super defensive that they did everything correctly even though they clearly didn’t because nothing was ever received from my new employment. They also overcharged me and said they would refund my card which I found out they never did they had stored it as a credit which makes absolutely no sense. I visited this location this morning and will definitely be returning here if I need urgent care again. The front desk staff Mary and Masi were kind and professional, the MA Bella was helpful and quick, and the NP Kaitlyn listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Thank you AFC team!
