AFC Urgent Care Bridgeport - Main St

The doctors visit was amazing. She was on point. The only thing that frustrated me was I made it very clear because I have two knee replacements. It's difficult for me to stand in line so I specifically go to a CVS that has a drive-through which is what I requested. Well I guess someone in the office doesn't pay attention because they sent it to a different CVS which is extremely crowded all the time and there's at least 10 people in line every time you get there so there you go. Patient needs need to be recognized and observed and not on half ass. I have difficulty standing for a period of time so it made my life a little harder, especially not feeling well. Although I understand, we all make mistakes

The Nurse and Doctors were great!! But the person who checked insurance was very mean, she didn’t have an approachable face, she told me that she was going to check my insurance and then she stated I should sign a paper stating if my insurance was valid. The system was down.. then she got offended when I asked her why. For someone that is the face of the company, she should be pleasant especially to sick people.. I didn’t think she should be working at the front desk. She looked like anyone that can me was bother her.

My son woke up with both of his eyes with what appears to by pink eye. I was able to select an appointment that was within the next hour. Having everything filled out before the appointment allowed me the peace of mind and attention to be kept on my 18 month old as he is an active child so filling out documents would of been a hassle with him getting involved possibly trying to run away. The wait time was very quick and they let me go a head of a few people as I had a scheduled appointment. The staff was very kind and understanding. The medication gave him comfort and cleared his eyes within the first application.

I visited today 12/26/25 the front desk staff was very rude I waited over 3 hours after they called my name the nurse or MA was even worst she communicated by pointing to the scale put your bag there mind you I greeted her and she never acknowledged anyways she directed me to a room she point the thing for my fingers at me I stuck my finger in before I knew it she jammed something in my ear wow without telling me what she is doing or is about to do then she sat on the patients bed with legs opened wide and one on the ground the other on the bed so what brings you here I answered all her questions she then returned with a swab I had to ask what is going on she brutally terrorized my nose in the name of flu and covid hmmmm she then walked out closed the door without even telling me what's n

The provider was nice & knowledgeable, front desk receptionist had a wonderful attuide which I appreciated because it was super late when I got there & the women who did our intake was also very nice, she could work on her English a bit but she was very nice & made everything smooth .. we were in & out with all our concerns answered !
