Avoid Guy Nubar, PA. I heard good things about the other physician and that is why I went. Guy does not listen to you although you have all the symptoms will just tell you to continue to take pain medicine. My mother was able to give me more tools to assist with my pain and discomfort than he was. He did not test for anything else although I had sinus pain and congestion along with ear pressure. All ignored and told to continue with over the counter pain medicine. I will be be reporting lack of care and consideration. sharing for others to beware. Update: I just got off the phone with the Owner, Kim and now need to update my review to one Star. I was truly hopeful that I would be heard and the unsatisfied care at the least considered. I was super impressed with AFC urgent care in Braintree. I was sent to urgent care by my doctor and feeling pretty overwhelmed. Everyone at AFC was so kind to me, from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors. I also got in and out quickly and felt like everyone was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the worst urgent care experience ever. We tried calling from 9:30 PM to confirm if they were actually open because their website is completely unclear — and of course, no one bothered to answer the phone. We drove there in person around 10:40 PM, and the place was practically empty with barely any patients, yet they still refused to see our toddler who’d been coughing for hours. The staff showed zero empathy, were rude, and didn’t even listen to anything we tried to explain. What’s even more absurd is that the moment we walked in, they asked, “What’s the concern?” — why ask that when you’re not even willing to take patients? They claim to be open until midnight, yet there’s no clear information on their website, no voicemail update, nothing. Just misleading people. Disgusting

Very friendly staff and always a quick visit. The doctors and Nurse practitioners are also super nice and very professional. Every time I come myself or I bring my kids everyone is very kind and nice and helpful.
