AFC Urgent Care Beaverton

I LOVE this urgent care. It's so easy to make an appt and I don't have to wait long. The staff is incredibly friendly and validating. Juliet at the front desk was warm, kind and welcoming, Karen did my intake and made me laugh when I wasn't feeling good which I really appreciated and her smile was genuinely warm and sweet and Laurel the PA gave me a plan for healing that made me feel validated and taken care of in addition to be kind as well. Healthcare can be daunting but the staff here really makes me feel relaxed and safe and I'll be coming back(hopefully not soon) to this urgent care anytime it's needed.

I had an accident in the garden that required stitches and although I am an adult, I too get frightened with serious injury. I got right in on a Sunday afternoon, so scheduling was no issue. The lovely young lady at the front desk was very helpful in getting me signed in efficiently. The entire staff was very helpful and keeping me calm and mellow and assuring me that everything was going to be all right. Alisa (MA) was especially friendly, humorous and kind. Gently offering reassurance and comfort when she saw I was getting anxious as I was getting stitches really helped me - truly. I don't hope to get injured or have a reason to come into urgent care again anytime soon, but if I do I will always come back to this urgent care and hope that the staff is the same. I had a follow up appointment regarding an accident involving my e-scooter. Juliet remembered me from a previous visit and was pleasant as always. Dr. Laurel was extremely helpful with her recommendations for treating the pain I was experiencing, and Karen made the shot I received quick and painless. I am also grateful that they had me wait to make sure I didn't have any adverse reactions to the injection. Best medical care I have ever received!!

I arrived early. The front desk person was cleaning chairs in the waiting room, good to see! Then, they washed their hands and checked me in. I was taken to a room on time. Yuri was so nice and efficient. I saw the PA or doctor (?) quickly. He assessed my condition and prescribed medication. We were in and out quickly. Everyone was nice and professional.

I had a great experience completing my drug test and physical exam here. Tiffany and Laurel were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable and kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and excellent customer service.
