I dropped 2 prescription for refill. Out of state transfer was required. Next day, family emergency closed early. Next day, no one answered the phone. Left voicmail. It took them 2 days. Had to chase down a human to answer. Finally filled.

They were great when I was filling my prescriptions. No issues there. Came on time and nice packaging. However, when I stopped needing my prescription and told them I will not being filling it at all and to stop calling they continued calling me daily and even from different numbers or blocked numbers when I wouldn’t answer to get me to fill my script. This has been 3 weeks now of this and every time they tell me there’s a note to follow up with me. I’ve explicitly said I do not want follow up and I am not filling my script. It’s become a huge nuisance.

Got charged twice for delivery (46 dollars), as they forgot to make sure ordered was complete before dispatching. Their customer service and accounts department is not really equipped with enough common sense to figure out how to refund me, even after calling and speaking to multiple people. 46 dollars is not a big charge but it's a matter of principle. Clearly ethical business practices are not their strong suit.

Had problems having the prescription filled (called in on Friday and still hadn’t filled or processed through insurance by Monday). Scheduled it for delivery after providing payment information and never received it for Wednesday. Again rescheduled for Friday and never received it. At all instances, the pharmacy never reached out and I had to do the follow up. Terrible customer service. Couldn’t use this pharmacy in the future for delivery as you may likely not get your medications on time.

They are unbelievably behind or something. Called customer service, get a promise that my medication will be here in a few days. It’s been two weeks. I’ll never use this pharmacy again.
