Aetna Rx Home Delivery

Unsafe and unprofessional packaging. I received two mishandled medications and the last one with out a lid on it? I tried to work with "Aetna Support" but they just told me to call the phone number on my Insurance card. The pharmacist asked me "what I wanted them to do about it"? Record it for other hazards perhaps?? Not signing up for Aetna 2026 my choice or not.

Despite the disappointing publicity lately about Aetna cutting back on Affordable Care support for people who need exactly that coverage, my personal experience with Rx Home Delivery has been quite positive. I live 3,000 miles northwest of their Florida office. Most of my online refills are simple, direct and arrive within 10 days via USPS. I don't use auto-refill, but track my meds well ahead of time. Refrigerated meds do arrive UPS to our physical address.... sometimes cool rather than cold, but in good shape. Sometimes I struggle a bit to understand the outsourced East Indian telephone reps but they are usually polite if not scripted. All in all, as a 3rd party manager of my prescriptions Aetna Home Rx has performed very well. The online login menus have become more customer-fri

The worst, they double charge regularly. Waiting for over a week now for insulin for why wife, still hasn't shipped.

Prescriptions repeatedly arrive late or not at all. Repeatedly have to call and call again to have meds delivered on time.
