Aesthetix Dermatology of Fort Lauderdale

I never normally write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to express my immense gratitude for Dr. Chaplik. His wisdom is matched by his great heart. While some may perceive him as somewhat reserved, we, my husband and I, his patients, know that his kindness and vast knowledge make him one of the best dermatologists in our city, if not the BEST. Thank you, Dr. Igor Chaplik, for being such a wonderful doctor, guided by both conscience, compassion and huge knowledge. His staff is also incredibly special; thank you to everyone for being so marvelous.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dermatology office. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff did not seem friendly, and I did not feel comfortable as a patient. The medical assistant was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional in her attitude. It made the visit even more stressful. What surprised me most was that my appointment was conducted by a nurse rather than the doctor, without this being clearly explained beforehand. When you schedule a visit with a dermatologist, you expect to see the physician. Overall, the experience lacked warmth, professionalism, and transparency. I would not recommend this office based on my visit.

My experience with Dr. Igor Chaplik was wonderful ! He is very professional, kind and super friendly, he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I did several procedures on my face due to my skin cancer. He has lots of years of experience . I highly recommend him ! I also want to mention MA Rachel who was amazing—his assistance and support made the process so much easier. Rachel did a great job assisting him and making sure that I was able to go home ,without any issues. Thank you Dr. Igor !

The experience was excellent. Twice I visited the Aesthetix Dermatology and both times the waiting period was no more than 5 minutes. The office people were very friendly. The environment was very comfortable and professional at the same time. The doctor and doctor's assistant were extremely pleasant. They have answered all my questions in details and patiently. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
