They were selling services on Groupon. I scheduled online and notes that I was using a Groupon. I also called and left a voicemail asking for someone to call me because I had some questions related to the service. I never received a call back and 2.5 hours before the service I received a text that they were not going to honor the Groupon I purchased and I would have to request refund through Groupon. I checked and they are still selling services on Groupon...not professional

Unlike other spas, she does not push products on you and is very transparent/honest and just a wonderful person in general. Go see her, you won't regret it!

Best facial I have had in a long time. Shir’Ne was meticulous with my dermaplane, extractions, and other treatments. She provided a very relaxing, quiet environment which was just what I needed as an overstimulated mom. My skin feels calm, smooth, and hydrated — not easy with sensitive skin in this summer heat. Already looking forward to my next facial with her. Top-tier self care!

Wonderful quality facial ... Even for men. Very relaxed atmosphere. It's a little tricky to figure out how to get in the building as it requires code access. Ask for guidance up front.

Shir’Ne is the best. I was only in Columbus for 3 months for a job, but in those three months Shir’Ne did so much for my skin. Not only are her facials amazing, she’s very knowledgeable and gives great feedback on how your skin is doing. I switched up my skincare routine a little based on the feedback and my skin is so much happier now. Not only that, she’s a very sweet person and fun to talk to. If I ever find myself in Columbus again, I will definitely be making another appointment.
