My surgery went well but my pain is not being managed properly.. I haven’t had any pain medication in hours. i’m sitting here in a room now as I type this. I pressed the nurse button and instead of the nurse coming to just give me a simple 2mg dose of morphine she tells me she will send a nurse. it’s been 30 minutes now. I haven’t eaten since before midnight and no one has brought food when I told her at 2pm I was hungry it is now 7:30pm!! ive rang the button again and i’m still being ignored.. Note this floor is not full There are hardly any patients here. Tomorrow I will be discharging myself… HORRIBLE !!! And WHO IS MY NURSE

Great ER, was able to help take care of our needs. Wait time was a little long but understandable with how medical runs in our country. Awesome team and super friendly!

Worst experience. Couldnt find the entrance because they changed it to around the corner so you have to walk around from the parking lot. Very unsanitary the soapbox was out in bathrooms. Tissues everywhere. Sanitizer stands out. Nurses walking around with open urine specimens. I waited over 1 hr with no results. Staff has no customer service skills at all. And this supposed to be a hospital care facility.

Don't go here. I went in with severe chest pains I sat there for over 4 hours still not to be seen had people coming in with sprained ankles they got seen before me never again while I go to this hospital they are just as bad as Rosland Hospital

Bad experience, bad memories of that day, I can perfectly remember how my pain was not taken seriously. I had been drop by the ambulance at 6.45 pm with the back pain then they took care of me only at 4.48 am , omg after 10 hours with my pain crying to feel better. One star it's okay, it could be nothing.
