Staff is wonderful. Dr wright is very nice and didn’t get annoyed when I asked him the same question multiple times 😅 the nurses are also great. I came in for bloodwork and told the phlebotomist I was nervous. She was very nice and made me feel much better!

Yes it sounds great to be able to take care of everything concerning your health in one place. However , the doctors don't care about your health and it makes you not want to care about your health. Try to go for a regular physical and you will hear everything under the sun of what else you need to get done. The staff at the front desk talked to you and treat you like you're an idiot. I was. Actually told that if I needed to see a doctor for being sick to go to the immediate care center. Four months just to get an annual physical is ridiculous. And once again , if the doctors and staff show no concern for your health , why should you. Sabrina Brown does not care to listen to her patients she just wants to run test, then not pay attention to the results

This guy is one of their front receptionist, as i walked in he didn’t lift his head once or greet me a hello. I am new to this building and was unsure where to go. Finally another women checked me in after they were done crackling with each other. Nothing is more rude than the reception desk not acknowledging and/or welcoming their patients upon arrival. He continued to complain to another coworker about one of their doctor’s new requests about certain instructions when booking with him(doctor) 24 hours before. Unprofessional. And not a good first impression.

I found the staff, especially the reception and the ultrasound technician, to be extremely warm, friendly, and helpful. You can tell that they are all very committed to their jobs and patients.

My mom has nothing but great care from her doctor here. Unfortunately she had to see his nurse practitioner Sabrina and came home emotional feeling like she did something wrong. Said the nurse kept rolling her eyes and when explaining symptoms she kept telling her no. No one should go in looking for help for being ill and feel worse walking out. Being disrespected isnt appreciated especially when someone isn’t well
