I went in tonight Tuesday at around 4:45, checked in on my mobile at for a wait time of about 52 mins. The gentleman told me that it was going to be about a 3 hour wait.. unfortunately my PCP has No appointments available for weeks so I had to stay. People continued to come in and leave because of long wait. One person questioned him and he said “that’s just how it is”. I waited about an hour and 10 mins from check in to discharge. I firmly believe this was his way of trying to turn people away. THIS IS HOW MANY PEOPLE WERE IN THE ROOM THAT CREATED A 3 hour wait.

Went in recently for treatment and the clinic and staff exceeded my expectations. The clean facility and minimal wait time helped prepare me for a meaningful dialogue with the doctor and pleasant interactions with nurses and staff. Thanks for helping provide an optimal outcome! Would highly recommend this location!

I was able to see the nurses right away. They did their usual questions and took their swabs for the appropriate testing I needed. They were short staffed and had one doctor only so I waited almost 2 hours to see him. My test came back negative for everything and it turns out I had just a really bad cold. He prescribed me antibiotics which actually do nothing for a common cold. So I spent $80 on antibiotics that aren't going to do a damn thing for me. Which I didn't realize until after I bought them.

I was in yesterday and saw Dr. Kostinsky. She was so very personable and direct. I had some blood in my urine (not visible to the naked eye) and she referred me to the ER for further testing. I'm glad I sought care because I was in a lot of pain and today with meds I feel better than I have in weeks. I'm very grateful for the dignity and care that they provide.

I had a great experience here! I had a double ear infection, and was in and out within an hour and on my way to the pharmacy for antibiotics. The whole team was friendly and worked quickly. I have a newborn and a toddler at home and had an assumption this would take all night - I’m thankful to the team for their prompt and professional care.
