Thank you to the entire team for taking amazing care of my son from both a clinical and emotional perspective. He was convinced that it was Ana amazing place to be so much so he didn’t want to leave! From the bottom of our hearts we thank you!

DID NOT RETURN FOR FOLLOW UP. After my sons circumcision I found a small curly hair in his mouth. As he was still sleeping from the anesthesia. WILL NOT EVER RETURN

If you could avoid this place be do!! My childs doctor sent a referral here due to stomach issues to see a GI doctor. We arrived and the doctor didn’t greet me or my husband he greeted my child by asking if he can give her a head bump which was a pretty loud head bump for a kid. The doctor proceeded asking my child about her symptoms which I get. Odd part about it was EVERYTHING was directed towards my 6 year old, meaning if she didn’t know an answer we couldn’t speak for her and if my husband or I had a question he turned to us and said “ I didn’t ask if you had any questions I’m talking to the patient “ and then proceeded with “ now you can talk “ . Joking or not some people don’t take speaking like that lightly. As far as the lab we checked in and the lady at the front desk got an attit

My child was transferred here from a nearby hospital, the nurses and doctors have been absolutely amazing. Not sure of all of these negative reviews. The billing has nothing to do with the care that you are receiving in the hospital. We have been here for a few days and they have been nothing but kind, caring and compassionate. The rooms in this unite definitely need updates, but again the CARE is amazing. Definitely recommend!

After year my child was hospitalized they trying to bill me over 2000 dollars without filling out authorization report to insurance I had at that time. After paying few bills they sent me hudge bill. I spoke with BCBS that stated Lutheran never responded to them when they asked for proper documentation. I guess due to their negligence its better to bill working class people who already have insurance coverage.
