Advocare Milestone Pediatrics has been an amazing practice to work with. Willing to take the time to listen to us and have open discussions. I also love that appointments are readily available and the providers all practice evidence based medicine

Little to no wait time in the lobby!! Doctors nice, knowledgeable, and take their time. One star removed bc our son was delayed and they never told us Early Intervention existed (got into EI with flying colors at 1 and an IEP at 3). One star removed for Dr. Lee and practice manger. Avoid Dr. Lee the newest doc. She struggled to know how to write a script for DME and ended up not noting the reason for the visit in her clinical notes, resulting in us not being able to get the foot braces for my toddler. Office said we’d need to come in for a new appt. I asked to speak to the practice manager. She insisted we need to come in even though it was the doctor’s error. After spending 2 hours back and forth calling the offices, the practice manager finally agreed to have the doctor amend her note

Horrible . I have went 4 x in the last couple of months with my child who has a milk allergy . It took 5 months to be diagnosed. I was blown off till I saw Christine at a sick visit and she immediately tested my child’s stool and told me she was milk intolerant. Thank goodness for her because she was the only one who listened to me .( she’s hard to get because she is booked out only good things to say about her ) I came multiple times before I saw her and was told I just have a fussy baby and some babies just don’t sleep. (This isn’t my first child )my child is 10 months old and has severe eczema and anytime she has food she screams around the clock ..I asked what to do to help her and I was told it’d because she’s having food … my child has not had food because her last appointment

Have been taking both my kids to this practice for years! Love this office and their attentiveness!

They have been so wonderful when it comes to my daughter who was born premature. They always get me in whenever needed, and have been great so far. I even took her to go get her ears pierced here.
