My experience with this practice was profoundly disappointing. Although I was advised to arrive 20 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, I ended up waiting nearly two hours before being seen. During my initial visit, Dr. Shah Vrinda made a positive impression; she was courteous and seemed to genuinely understand and respect my preferences as a parent. However, during the second visit, many of the concerns we had previously discussed seemed to be overlooked. I was especially upset by how roughly my baby was handled particularly when the remaining part of his umbilical cord was removed, causing bleeding that lasted for three days. I can’t express enough how grateful my children and I are for Dr. Shah. We have been seeing her for over a decade now and wouldn’t choose anyone else. She is kind, honest and most importantly thorough. This week I took my daughter to the doctor for a cramp and based off of the exam Dr. Shah made the call for me to bring her to the emergency room to get her appendix checked out. Turns out Dr. Shahs instincts were right and my daughters appendix was inflamed. Because of Dr. Shahs caution and care we were able to get my daughter into surgery on time. Without Dr. Shah instructing us in the right direction this situation could have turned out very differently. Every parent and child should be able to feel as secure as we do. We love you Dr. Shah!

Took my 2 1/2 month old to Dr Shah in November 2022 and I told her I would have to get approval from her father and won’t be getting any shots unless I get his approval and she rushed the rest of the appointment and left saying we are a pro-vaccination office. I was met at the door heading out by a nurse saying I can’t come back to the office and can’t recommend me to any other office unless I intend to give my daughter all the vaccines on the doctor’s time instead of the parents’ time. At first the doctor started off like she cared but then you can tell by the end of the appointment that she is only in it for the money and don’t respect the parents’ wishes. Dr Vrinda Shah has been the Pediatrician for our 3 children for over 20 years. She is the best Pediatric Doctor in the World. She is caring, kind, compassionate and always listens to the symptoms. She has always gotten every prognosis for any illnesses correct. You will never find a better Doctor. Top Notch, her and her staff. Thank You Dr Shah.....We all Love you.....

We love Dr. Shah. Both of my girls were cared for by her right after delivery and we have been with her ever since. She cares about her patients. She spends the time necessary with them whether it’s a wellness visit or they are sick. We never feel rushed and that’s important to us.
