Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center

A dear friend/Sister of mine had surgery in this hospital a week ago and the facility was very accommodating! This includes doctors, nurses, caregivers, etc! It has been a while since I went into a hospital, but I’ll tell you, it was well equipped, clean , modern and well decorated! I felt my Sister was in safe hands because they have well organized protocols to get to the rooms. It wasn’t complicated but detail. The place didn’t make you feel like you’re going to a hospital instead a hotel!😊 At the receptionist desk, I met this wonderful lady by the name of Koko and she was so pleasant! The rooms were spacious, clean and very user-friendly! I was super impressed with the staff. She is recovering well and I want to say a big thank you to the entire staff!

This hospital is by far one of the very best in the Metropolitan area!!! The building is new and well staffed. The doctors and nurses work as a team at this hospital. The professionalism is beyond what I'm accustomed to experiencing. I would highly recommend this hospital to any of my family members and friends!!!!! A hospital should have a staff with empathy. Good customer service is fading throughout this country. We need more compassion at our lowest and fragile moments in life. A good hospital is very difficult to find these days. I had a great experience at Adventist Hospital. The staff were kind, attentive, and very supportive throughout my stay. Since it’s a teaching hospital, you may interact with students or residents, so patience and clear communication go a long way—they’re learning and truly want to provide good care. Everyone was very attentive, and they made sure I was comfortable. Also, the food was surprisingly really good! Overall, I’m grateful for the care I received.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care I received at Adventist HealthCare Medical Center in Maryland. I was admitted through the emergency room in very serious condition due to advanced heart failure and severe shortness of breath. Coming into the ICU was a frightening and uncertain experience for me and my family. I recently had surgery at this medical center, and I am truly impressed. Everything was exceptional—from the gentleman at reception to the registration staff and the entire medical team. The facilities were spotless and well maintained. The nurses and staff were professional, well presented, and consistently wore their uniforms, which added to the sense of organization and care. Everyone I interacted with had a warm, positive attitude and helped me feel safe and calm throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend White Oak. I had a fabulous experience!
