The scheduling was done well, I found the staff to be courteous and kind, with a good, personality a nice experience i add a x-rays and the metal table needs a cushion. I injured my tailbone on that table. It's been 2 days and I'm still sore.

Let me say that you have got employee one of the greatest in my experiences there at the hospital. This has got a rate as the number one she was very cordial, extremely knowledgeable and very, very concerned with my comfort five star all the way and the reason I say that five star is because we own a company called five star cleaners and we take care of our Airbnb’s at a five star professional level so I can appreciate what she did. I recently visited Adventist Health Sonora after breaking my ankle while on vacation, and I just want to say how grateful I am for the care I received. The entire team was kind, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived. They kept me informed, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me with real compassion during a very painful and stressful time. I truly felt cared for — thank you to all the nurses, doctors, and staff who helped me that day. 💛

The ER personnel quickly assess my situation with care. Before I knew it, they had done the initial triage calling for labs and x-rays in order to rule out more serious scenarios. The medical staff explained what they were doing and why. Their estimated wait times were accurate. I was very pleased with my care at Adventist Health Sonora.

Extremely competent personnel, including check in staff. Additionally, everyone is very congenial, makes you feel comfortable, and understands your situation. I cannot express my close and loving feelings that I have for my new friends at the Pavilion. I highly respect each and everyone who is there.
