Adventist Health Simi Valley: Emergency Room

I thought I felt comfortable coming to this hospital when I have my flare ups, but my most recent flare up was terrible. The Doctors comes in I already sense he is an outdated, judgmental, should be retired. Was so incredibly terrible and rude. I was explaining my pain due to my flare up. He said he did not care and he had so much work to do and I was manipulative. Then sat down looked like he was asleep.

Scam site and for profit. Willingly IGNORING my insurance, telling me my only options are medi-cal or out of pocket and strong arming me into believing it!!! Thankfully the Kaiser nearby ALERTED me to this injustice. I will never suggest going here, even under the circumstances I went: Fearing for my own life. Any hospital that is this soulless should not be allowed to run. EDIT: After reaching out directly, as stated by the automated response, I have heard no word back and I have begun seeking legal council to fight off the medical bills. Worst ER in existence. Radiology Tech insisted the thymus gland was not behind the breastbone, which it is, but inside the brain! He was clearly confusing it with the hypothalamus, perhaps the kid did too much partying during that part of the pathetic anatomy syllabus at Moorpark College. That is the difference between a radiographer, who simply jumps behind a lead bunker and pushes a button, and an actual radiologist, Who is an actual doctor with an MD !! Go to the Thousand Oaks emergency room / hospital. Trust me. 90% of the technicians and assistants are amazing, but the nurses and doctors, not. Some people join the medical field because they want to help people, not them. No compassion.

Extremely unhelpful, no consideration like an extremely autistic response with no feeling or emotion. Thanks for nothing 🫡
