It is my opinion that Dr Flowers only wants to say what she wants to say and doesn’t like having open conversations about the visit other than her regurgitated speech. She brushes off any concerns or questions I had when diagnosing my child with the same diagnoses I’ve been living with for the last 20 years . when asked why we would medicate for a symptom that SOMETIMES comes with the diagnoses without waiting for the labs to come back she got short, starting talking over me and attempting to ignore my concerns and continued saying how we need to pickup the meds and how it’ll help. I repeated my question about why we would medicate for a symptom we haven’t verified is even there and she just got more annoyed and repeated it likely is as it’s common. I love my PA at this clinic. All staff is wonderful and on top of that - ON TIME. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes even with showing up early. Min Young listens to my medical needs and cares about my mental health needs as well. Highly recommend!

My routine appointment with my primary care physician at Adventist Health, Dr. Joseph Kim, and staff went smoothly. Truly professionals. I appreciate Dr. Kim’s thoroughness, his counsel and how he listens to my concerns. His staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately this has been the worst ongoing healthcare experience I have ever had. I have been coming to the facility for nearly 2 years after waiting for the New Patient Appointment which was a 4 month wait. This is the norm for trying to establish new care after moving. After establishing care and having my first actual doctor’s appointment things went south. The first follow up appointment was cancelled and I couldn’t get it rescheduled. After finally rescheduling a new appointment to start over as new care, I was referred to two specialists. One of which had reached out to tell Adventist they would need to do an ultrasound in house before the specialist would see me. Neither facility reached out to tell me so I waited two months for the specialist to get back to me and finally got

Very short wait time. I trust Dr. Kim completely, and appreciate that he has taken time to get to know me and my medical needs. I am completely comfortable coming in to this clinic.
