I was feeling anxious and had questions that we're keeping awake nights. They patiently answered my questions and pointed me in the right direction for any other questions I might have. I felt 100 pounds lighted when I was finished with my phone call.
If I can give 0 stars I would. Originally had an appointment Feb 12, they cancelled my appointment due to plumbing issues, reschedule me for March 2, cancelled my appointment due to plumbing issues. Now wants me to come in March 5, at a time I’ll be at work! Unprofessional, won’t work around my time . Been out of med since Feb 15, other location won’t have appointments til April!
3 + months for a damn Dr. Appointment! By that time I'm dead and gone. And then you tell them your symptoms and they don't believe you or say they don't know. And it's only going to get worst with Donald Trumps cuts. I might have to change to a different place.
Staff is always friendly and professional! Dr don is awesome too!
