Adventist Health Howard Memorial

My husband and I are thankful for the great job of Intensive Therapy team!!! My husband had pneumonia. Initially my husband was in critical condition. After being in hospital about one week, my husband was able to overcome critical situation! Then he was transfered to the Reabilitation Center. Thank you for your incredible work!!! It is nessary to express the great appreciation for professionalism, kindness, and compassion to the following members of the team: Dr. Tidwell; nurses - Shelli, Alonso, Lynnette, Jennifer, Cassandra; house keepers - Elizabeth and Maria!!! Thank you for saving people!!!

I recently ended up at Willits Howard Memorial Hospital due to an infected gallbladder. I am terrified of hospitals and was met with so much professionalism, kindness and care the entire time I was there. It was very reassuring to see all of the team members working closely together to make sure everything was covered and small details were not missed. The nursing staff at Howard is everything! They truly are what "make the world go round"! They have to deal with working teams and patients that all have the same goal but different immediate needs and objectives. Watching the nurses being so diplomatic, educated, informed, and kind.. really speaks to their personal character and foundation for why they do what they do! Went in the a blood draw on Saturday morning. Short registration time, Registration staff were friendly, informative and thorough. Lab wait was minimal and phlebotomist was professional friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated her calm and attentive demeanor. After my fasting blood draw, I went down to Roots cafe in the hospital and had a healthy, delicious and affordable breakfast. 5 stars all the way around!!

I had a knee replacement done and I had the best experience at Howard Memorial! The care I received from everyone was outstanding! Every hospital experience should be just like the one I received during my short stay. I highly recommend to anyone!

Everyone is really nice but I recently moved to Willits and was having my prescriptions transferred from where I used to live to here in Willits,that was the main reason for my doctor visit 😔 so that same day all the prescriptions were sent to the Safeway where I used to live which is 3 1/2 hours away and I was told I would receive the results of my COVID and RSV results that same day and it's 2 days later and I'm still waiting!!
