I have now been using RX Pharmacy Plus for over 1 1/2 years, and although it was an adjustment in the beginning it is so worth it! I have only ever received perfect treatment through my countless calls figuring out medications and refill dates. I have now had multiple calls with an attendant name Christina, who is phenomenal and truly cares. She was the one to follow up with me later in the week! I truly recommend them as their systems and methods have improved greatly over the last year and a half!

I have been using Rx Plus Pharmacy for several years now. To be honest, I really wasn't sure I was going to like mail ordering my meds. However, this process is so easy and quick! They have never made a mistake with my order or the shipping. And the customer service is excellent! A special shout out to Courtney! She is so thorough, kind, and patient. ❤️

Lamoncia went above and beyond to help us with our prescription. There were some issues with where we could fill the prescription and she spent 20 minutes with me waiting on another pharmacy to make sure we were able to transfer the prescription correctly. She was very patient and was genuinely happy to help

I was assisted by Lamonica in Pharmacy Customer Service. I have never had such amazing customer service. She was very professional very informative, gave me 30 minutes of talk time to understand the process of setting up my Pharmacy access. Very much appreciated her kindness and attention to detail!

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service reps. Despite many issues with my husband’s doctors office all the reps at RX plus specialty pharmacy have been on a mission to give us the best care possible and help us through the process. They have made calls on our behalf to the doctors and tried to escalate to the best of their ability. Thank you!!
