It was a fast in/out mammogram. I was very disappointed to find that the lady that has done my mammograms for years was no longer there. She was always so kind, called me by name and just made me feel like a person she cared for. This new lady while she was nice, did not carry on a conversation with me or make me feel at ease.

I always have a positive, beneficial appt. at Advent Health. Dr. Moyer listens, is compassionate & I leave feeling reassured that's the necessary tests, labs, meds, etc. were discussed.

I filled out forms online so I waited less than a minute to be called. The tech was very efficient and professional while doing my mammogram.

Horrible documentation! Apparently they don’t know how to document why patients come in and the symptoms. The nurse kept arguing with me about my own health, doctor wanted to put me on meds I was already on (read chart please), and bed side manners were zero. The one star represents the accidental finding, thank goodness, and because it wasn’t busy. Literally the nicest professionals were the paramedics!

Very bad service. Do not go to their ER. They literally had my mom screaming for help. No call light, and no way to call for help. I had to call them to even get some kind of help. Useless, bad service. Yall need to train them again. We will never come back for care.
