I can't say enough good things about the amazing staff. My meds are always delivered in a timely manner and even if I do pick up,, from the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and always take the time to explain my medications and answer any questions I have. They truly care about their customers' health and well-being.

Jaden was great today per usual but went the extra mile to help me get my medicine and I really appreciated it. Always service with a smile!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but some people truly deserve the recognition. Kayshla at AdventHealth Specialty Pharmacy is incredible. When my father ran out of his needed medication, she didn’t wait around for the doctor to send the request. She stepped way beyond her role as a pharmacy technician to make sure he gets everything he needs tomorrow. Super helpful, kind, patient, and on-point, total lifesaver. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Just a quick post to sing the praises of the AdventHealth Outpatient Pharmacy. The staff at this department are, for those who utilize them (and, as I am sure most know), critical to the overall operation of the outpatient medical center. The entire staff is knowledgeable, kind, caring, efficient and most eager to educate new patients and their families as to what to do, where to go, and alternatives we may seek if there is a medication that they do not immediately have on hand. The fact that they have runners who will deliver the meds to your doctor’s office while you wait is an added bonus. All of these services are rendered with understanding smiles and encouragement, two qualities that are currently absent from other sectors in our society. Way to go AdventHealth Outpatient Pharmacy!!

What a great team. Everytime I've been in the store, everyone is working hard, heads up down and pumping out the orders. Lots of communication, fast pace and staying organized. I had a prescription to refill today, ordered online and added special notes and a question. Within 30 minutes Jayden called and answered my questions and confirmed the time it would be ready. When I arrived, Jayden greeted me and had everything ready to go. I thanked her in person for the exceptional customer service and communication. I wanted to reiterate it here...thank you Jayden! It's the little things that makes a big difference.
