I am new in Orlando and became part of the lucky and happy patients of parting settlement Advent Health. Was seeing by this awesome PCP Dr. Eduardo Y Hernandez Verge and his great nurse, both attentive, polite and outstanding professionals. Thank you and success always 🙌 One thing I reccomend is to add a wait to be assisted sign at the entrance for the check in, and or a customer assisting desk in case we just need to ask when to walk straight to the lab, images, therapy or to stand in line when we are new in the bldg. I had to interrupt one of the front desk check in ladies, in order to ask if I needed to be in line before going to Images área which I arrived right on time and did not want to be late. Had to unfortunately go to the ER. This place was beautiful.clean smelled good as soon as you walked through the doors. The lady that checked us in was so nice and friendly. Gene the security guard went above and beyond he was so friendly and kind. We had nurse Hailey she was incredible and Dr Brown .. I can’t remember everyone’s names but everyone we encountered was so professional and kind. Truly made a stressful situation a lot less stressful. Grateful for a good experience and the kindness that was shown to us. What an excellent team!!

April was wonderful for my CT scan. I have an iodine contrast allergy, and she went out her way to make sure the type of oral contrast would be sufficient for my needs. She is a very personable and kind person. I am glad I came here. Thanks again.

ohmystars !! JEISON is the BEST!! First of all he is very calm and very kind, with a big smile!! Secondly, there was an issue with the authorization/fax for my CT Scan from my PCP. He is obviously very well versed in the machinations of his job. Jeison was so calm; doing a deep dive on the computer and actually going back to the department to speak to the Manager, coming back to let me know they were working on it. He checked many times to see if I had been approved and if they would allow my appointment. He spoke to me so calmly. He was very adept at the computer, able to see every aspect of the trail of paperwork and what stage my authorization was in. It was as if there was No issue!! It actually took me 20 minutes after my arrival before they discharged me to leave. Everybody was professional. The technician was knowledgeable. I'm a healthcare professional myself. As a registered nurse and I truly appreciated the care that I was given. Il thank you, Edmond, health. If I ever need any other works to be done. That's where I wanna get it done.
