Poor customer service. Came here on multiple occasions and and waited over an hour past our scheduled appointment (the office was practically empty, not busy at all) to be called back. If at all possible avoid this office or go to Orlando health.

My husband has been here a few times for rehab after some serious cardiac surgery. We found most all of the nurses, aids and staff to be very helpful and caring. The food is OK, the TV and internet for patients is decent. It is nice that all the rooms he was in had a view outside. More employees would be nice, sometimes there was a delay for response, but that is a corporate decision.

Posting for my Grandmother here. It was a prison with guards who rarely showed up to help. And repeatedly ignored requests to contact family. If at all possible find ANYWHERE other than here. I've never heard of such uncaring workers and for them to be so obstinate on contacting family. The nearby hospital was a godsend and was very helpful when the incident first happened but the second she got transferred to this rehab center was pure hell.

If I could give a zero I would. My father was transferred here from AdventHealth celebration for rehab. In less than 10 days he was back in the hospital by his own request after having an episode where he desaturated really badly and no physicians were informed, his peg tube was dislodged from his stomach into his abdominal wall two days prior to the hospitalization with him complaining of abdominal pain( they deny ever dislodging it), cna threatened him and stated she was not his slave when he was complaining of being cold and shivering ( my father has no arm movements), RN stated his temperature was 98F when EMS arrived but he was 103.1F orally less than a minute when he arrived to the ED next door. And Respiratory even insulted my father to the paramedic when he was leaving. Nothing was

Arrived at this hospital yesterday at 7:30 PM I got checked in and everything by 745 I went to the bank and got my vitals done and then proceeded to wait in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hours. I watched people check in after me and was told there reasons to Be seen first was because there emergency was more important. I then continued to wait abd my name was called “by mistake” the nurse called my name and then explained she didn’t mean to call my name. Now im not heavy on this race subject but it’s be definitely clear what statement was made. I will never ever take a family member to this hospital to get treated the way I was. I left and went to Baldwin er in Oviedo and they had more patients. I was still seen immediately there. Please if you love yourself or family members don’t go here th
