A truly professional bunch! My first cardiac rehab visit went fairly well and the interaction between staff and participants was quite impressive. Makes it easy to look forward to going the next time. Staff has a positive attitude and genuine concern for all and are effective in their communication. Truly a Job Well Done!…… to the cardiac rehab unit staff at Advent Health NSB!

In all of my hospitalizations in the last 7 years I've never had one bad visit. From the ER to my patient room, all my Doctors, Nurses and the entire nursing team are friendly, courteous, caring and professional. Oh... the food is pretty darn good too!

Edit 1 month later: Excellent communication from AdventHealth. They have gone as far as acknowledging my complaints in a certified letter and letting us know they will do their best to give us priority seating, which they have done at every follow-up infusion. I applaud them trying to help where needed, but unfortunately my star-rating remain, until they can help those people who suffer without being vocal. I say get some home renovation show involved! They will know which walls to knock down and what lighting to install to help even the worst setup feel better. My admiration to ALL staff remains the same. Dr Tina Fischer-Carne is a wonderful doctor. Her office staff is also friendly, efficient and knowledgeable..just like her. Cheryl and Katie are always so pleasant and helpful. I feel confident to go to this practice.

The entire staff of administration, nursing, technicians and divots alike always made one feel like the patient health and welling was their number one priority. This was followed closely by monitoring not only the patients comfort but the accompanying family support persons as well. They all made it appear they they were happy to be at the hospital regardless of their patient load or time of day. No one ever wishes to be in the situation to go to the emergency room, but I feel fortunate to have chosen the Advent Health Hospital in New Smyrna Beach
