AdventHealth Medical Group Urology at Littleton

Don’t use these jerks. Absolutely disrespectful of a patient’s time and schedule. They make appointments far in advance for follow ups and then they cancel at the last minute. So, as a patient, I organized my schedule around theirs and then they think nothing of breaking that appointment because the doctor/np decides not to show up that day…and no one else was/is covering. My time is just as important as theirs. You’re fired!

Erin the surgery schedule for Dr.Glover is unprofessional and rude. Instead of having compassion and hearing the needs of a patient she hung up the phone. I work with the vulnerable population and every client/patient deserves respect. I interrupted her when she was speaking. That does not give her a right to hang up the phone and not provide me a service. I need surgery.

Absolute TERRIBLE place and haven’t even stepped foot inside this office. My mother was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer from a CT scan that her doctor’s office requested and has sent a URGENT referral to this office to get her seen. They will not schedule any appointments until they receive the referral, tell my mother it takes 2 days to receive and it has been almost a week since that has happened and all they can give her are excuses. Their fax machine isn’t working properly, they have a stack of referrals to get to and she isn’t the only one with bad medical problems. As far as I’m concerned, there is absolute no sympathy or compassion from these people in regards to what these patients are going through, from hearing you have cancer and it doesn’t look good. Advent help has always been there for my medical needs. I'm in good hands. Dr. Walker is such an excellent doctor.I just went to see Elizebeth McKnight in Urology. She was fantastic. So personable , caring, and professional. Wonderful care in an embarrassing moment. God Bless, Merch
