AdventHealth Medical Group Urology at East Orlando

What kind of hospital has two broken elevators while wheelchair patient stuck on second floor an hour?!! This hospital!! This place is joke! Staff is ok but this hospital obviously likes cutting corners till the last minute. I have to wait for idiots fix it and stuck in building. Im starving and have to use restroom soon but cant without assistance. This is unacceptable misery. Pleass avoid this place if you love the people in your life. They will only make things worse and leave you to figure out.

Dr. Hoffman is an amazing urologist. He is kind, caring and very compassionate to his patients. I highly recommend him for all your urology needs.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I was on time for my appointment and was called within 5 minutes great. Why is it over an hour later I am still in the room waiting to see the doctor. When I asked I was told the doctor is running behind and there is one more person before me. Over half an hour later I am still waiting. This is totally unacceptable. This will be my first and my last visit. People's time is valuable and I can see from the reviews that this is a common practice so obviously this matter is not being dealt with. Someone in upper management need to look into this and do something about it.

Horrible. all these people want is money just for you to schedule appointment after appointment with no solution. better off going to the emergency with the way these people run.

The reviews scared me so much! I had a procedure at Advent Health East and was referred to Advent Health Urology East to remove a stent so I didn’t have a choice where to go. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. The RN that removed the stent was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. My appointment was at 8am and I was out of there by 8:15am. Unlike the other reviews, I had a positive experience. Thank you!
