PT, while good providers, consistently have issues with scheduling appts. After confirming appts with the front desk and driving 40 minutes to an appt today, it was not on their calendar, nor were two other appts that I scheduled in person at my last visit. No communication or apologies. When you try to call to reach the front desk, they never answer. They don’t send texts reminders. The providers have strict pre-authorization requirements (my insurance doesn’t require, but their office does) and won’t treat you if you have something else that could be causing issues for PT care. Feels like they want to force other appts to charge you more $ for unnecessary PCP appts for referrals. Expect to pay $150 (in advance) per appt even for care they don’t actually provide. For what you pay for care

HORRIBLE DOCTORS HERE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I just moved to town and needed a pcp. The first Dr I saw Dr Berger was the WORST he treated me like a criminal over 1 of my prescriptions that’s non-addictive. He lowered the mg on both of my prescriptions and gave me 0 refills on my usual monthly prescriptions. The 2nd Dr was very nice in office, said she had no problem prescribing my current medication from my previous doctor (which I brought in my bottles in for her to see the mg, dosage and that it comes with refills) she then went behind my back and submitted my prescriptions the same way the Dr Berger did. Wrong dosage, zero refills on 1 and 1 refill on the other. This was after I was told they can give me up to 6 refills per prescription and I told her I needed at least 3 because I travel

Dr. Berger Made me feel like I wasn’t heard and didn’t seem to give a lot of reassurances on my concerns, now I’m left paying over $500 for just anxiety. Usually I can message him and ask about any medical concerns, now his nurse I’ve never talked to and probably didn’t look over my blood said it’s okay for that and now I have to continue to make appointments whenever I have simple questions. Don’t go here it’s a scam

I've never left a Google review for anything - but I will now. Dr. Berger does not care about your health, only your money. A patient should NEVER be admonished that they can't bring up specific health concerns in an appointment unless they pay for a second appointment. Especially when the appointment is FOR that concern! Reviews don't do much for the people they're written about - this doctor will never care. And his satisfied patients will never agree. However, if you read reviews looking for a new provider - Dr. Berger should be at the bottom of your list.

Exceptional! The gentleman at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. We saw Dr Burger who is truly amazing, thorough, attentive, and a great listener. Definitely one of the best doctors! They also had an interpreter via iPad, which was great, seeing the interpreter made the experience feel welcoming and warm. I don’t remember the MA’s name but she is wonderful as well. I also like how this location has different specialties and an on-site lab, making it convenient.
