AdventHealth Medical Group Primary Care at Broadway

This place offers no same day or even next day appointments for emergent issues. I had to wait days for a serious issues and another few days for follow up after ER. I thought primary doctor offices helped their patients navigate health issues not wait until they were forced to go to ER or risk getting sicker! This practice apparently has no triage service.

Beware!!! This office charged me $449.00 for a simple office visit regarding gout in my toe!!! No X-rays, just a simple look at my foot and a prescription for gout meds. The urgent care during a related visit two months prior was less expensive than this office!!! I visited Columbine Family Practice two weeks prior to this visit and their bill was half the cost of CHPG for the same service!!! Needless to say that I am NOT happy!!! Wow BEST experience going to a doctors office!!! Dr. Allison Moore is the most attentive, patient & intelligent Doctor!!! Never felt rushed, she went over everything I needed to talk about with my health & really knows her stuff. I finally found a doctor I feel comfortable going to that I can trust which is something I been looking for ever since moving to CO 4 years ago. Highly recommend her as she is awesome!!! And also Corey is amazing and so friendly and makes you feel so welcome when you arrive. She us a pro at doing bloodwork, didn't feel a thing & this is coming from someone who has had a lot of bad experiences. I am so thankful to finally find a great family physician!!

A pleasant experience from when you walk in the door. My first doctor's visit in 20 years. Alana is amazing and she listens to what your saying and a blessing. Lab people are great never even knew blood was drawn. Quick results and timely communication! Great doctors office. Thank you! Kelly

Grace Family Practice has been a good experience for me from the ladies at the front desk, who are so kind, to the nurses, who make you feel so comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about Allison Moore, she takes the time to listen and goes over any issues thoroughly, without rushing through the appointment. She is very caring and has a wonderful personality!
