Dr. DiCristofaro is hands down one of the best pediatricians we’ve ever had. From the very first visit, they took the time to truly listen, explain everything clearly, and make my family feel completely at ease. Their patience, gentle approach, and genuine care make every appointment a positive experience. The staff is always kind and organized, and the office runs smoothly — we never feel rushed or overlooked. It’s clear that Dr. DiCristofaro truly cares about their patients and families, not just treating symptoms but making sure you understand every step of your child’s care. I can’t recommend Dr. DiCristofaro enough to any parent looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy pediatrician. We’re so grateful to have found them!

The doctor we saw last year was terrific. The practice manager, Tasha, and the scheduler refuse to see patients who have been previously seen for a physical. They are unaware of the practice policies and try to put together appointments (meds and physical) for other locations that can't be placed together according to the policy since the Waterford location refuses to see my kids again. When calling this location to schedule, we were perfectly fine to be seen, then called back by a different schedular to cancel all appointments—the policies for this specific location seem to be different from all Advent Health pediatrics locations. Again, the provider we saw last year was fantastic, and we would have loved to see her again; unfortunately, having staff that are incompetent with their specif

This office does a horrible job of notifying patients on cancellation. It’s always flooded in the summer. It’s not once but multiple times. I am the one who have to reach them whether my appointment is still available or not. They don’t value our time. It’s pathetic how they are handling the situation. I am sick and tired of learning this at the last moment. Dr. Decrestifaro is wonderful but this is not helpful. It’s a shame🥹

We switched to this practice from another in the area with multiple offices and I am so glad we did! Dr. Dicristofaro makes herself more available than the multi-office practice ever did. She has gone above and beyond to address my daughter’s health concerns and I am truly grateful. I highly recommend this office!

Love Dr. DiCristofaro I can always trust that she has my best girls interest. She does through examine and listen to our concerns every time. I never feel afraid or hesitant to ask a question. Roxanne, Zaida and Eunique always help us feel at home every appointment.
