AdventHealth Medical Group Pediatric Urology at Orlando

I have been going to this place since my baby was five and a half months old, trying to get his surgery scheduled was having issues with getting his first appointment schedule from the get go because he had 2 insurance Ian’s told me I needed a referral in the end to find out he my insurance didn’t require one and they cancel my appointment and I had to show up last minute .I was told that his adjusted age was three months, so he had to wait. I waited patiently and went in for his last consultation, where I was told to call the surgery line to schedule. No problem — I did so, but was told there was no one available to take my call. A day later, someone contacted me and said my baby had to go on a waiting list for January, and that they would call me as soon as the January list came out. I

My child and I were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome upon check in. We were promptly assisted and the check in process was a breeze. I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff for their engagement with my son on the day of his appointment. The visit was quick and easy, and all the clinical staff was great. Thank you, Advent Health, for making our visit great . Parking can be a bit of a hassle due to the building housing many specialty offices. However, there’s a parking garage across the street, and street parking is also available.

The best experience visiting Dr Keating for our son’s surgery. So friendly, thorough and knowledgable. We would recommend him to anyone!

After finding out my sim may need surgery I contacted this facility to make an appointment. I spoke to 3 different receptionist all getting told different things and it was so frustrating. But when I finally got to speak to the new patient coordinator, Karina, I was finally able to schedule. Karina was so sweet and was so apologetic. She really listened and understood why I was so upset. I got an appointment for one week out to which I was late to after getting stuck in traffic. I called the office and they said it was no problem. When we came in the receptionist was so welcoming and sweet! We were almost immediately taken to a room where a pa came in. Then within 5 minutes we met the nurse practitioner Robin Denton. He talked about surgery and even got the surgeon to come meet with us. Th

The office has a large waiting room which includes a clean and well appointed children's play area as well as an aquarium. There is plenty of comfortable seating. Dr. Michael Keating saw us promptly. No long wait time! He had a wonderful bedside manner. He was personable, caring, professional, well informed and very thorough. The office staff were cheerful, helpful and went above and beyond to give advice and information regarding my son's future surgery and x-rays. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Keating and his team. It was a very positive experience for anyone in need of a pediatric urologist.
