AdventHealth Medical Group Neurology at DeLand

This is the WORST Dr. Office i have ever been to! They told me to come in 1/2 hrs early to fill out paperwork. In the meantime they sent me the paperwork online so I filled it all out ahead of time. I showed up 6 min before the appt time. I was very rudely yelled at by the Spanish girl in the office. She said "well the Dr will have to decide whether she wants to see you or not". Then another older couple (we are 65 & 73) than us came in and she yelled at them even worse. I was appalled! I asked for my medical card back and left!!! I don't need to deal with such MEAN, unprofessional dr office ever!!!

Wow. Not surprised that they’ve got such low scores. Here’s an addition to the dismal performance of this office. I had a 1pm appointment. Had a work call that caused me to be 5 min late. I walk in (still on my call but trying to be proactive) and am told that we are going to have to reschedule. I ask why. Someone else jumps in and says “oh you have to be here 15 min prior”. I tell them that no one made it clear to me that it was mandatory to be here 15min ahead. That’s always been a general suggestion. Never told it was MANDATORY. They start bouncing around each other fumbling and mumbling and they ask me to have a seat. Two min go by and I’m told again that I have to reschedule because now the excuse is since I arrived 5 min late I can’t be seen. They were trying to frame the reason arou

If I could leave zero stars I would. Was in an accident, which I was not at fault. Due to the accident I have to have a lawyer for my injuries and the deny to see me because I have a lawyer. Great health care system we have!!

Holy cow 6 -7 months for a new patient appointment. Which I canceled. Yikes. But I’m glad I read the reviews here too. It didn’t look to good 😳

Extremely unhappy patient dr Rana is not friendly not very knowledgeable makes the patient feel uncomfortable I recently had blood work and she won't accept it because it wasn't her orders I have had temporal lobe seizures since I was 12 I have had 5 tia at least 2 of which was diagnosed by advent hospital she acts like I'm lying about anything I say I originally made my appointment for 3pm they changed the time to 2 30 and I had found out day before so I had to scramble for new ride
