I return annually for a colonoscopy as I am at high risk. I’ve always had a great experience. The doctors and staff are very good.

Just an all around great experience. I set my appointment up over the phone, and was given exact instructions on where to park, and where to locate the office (it’s a bit tricky). I met with Dr. Zerpa. She is a fantastic person. She listened, and provided me with great comfort. I also met with her attending, Dr. Conti, who was also very professional and comforting. I have a follow up appointment next month. definitely recommend visiting if searching for a primary, or just overall care.

Went here because a Coworker had a great experience, At first I was very impressed. Did not have to wait long and really liked the doctor I saw. I have a $20.00 copay which is due before you even get to the waiting room. I paid and have receipts for this. I had a total of 3 visits, suddenly I am getting invoices in from them. I have called the billing department multiple times and left left messages . I canceled my last appointment when the lady asked why I told her that if they cant tell me why I am being charged $60.00 when my copay is $20.00 I am not going to use them. She said yep I understand that okay ill take you off. So she either hears that a lot or they just do not care. Either way my last appointment was 5 months ago now and they still cannot tell me why I own this money. They

It's my first visit here. I just moved to Orlando area and need a new family doctor. The experience is OK except the long wait in exam room. And I was wondering why they wouldn't provide paper prescriptions. The drug prices are varied greatly by pharmacies even they are in the same insurance network, and having a paper prescription in hands will allow us Medicare patient to shop around each time for the best price.

Waited 45 minutes in an exam room with no one attending to me. And there were no other patients around. Crazy wait time. Also Called my pharmacy for a prescription refill and this practice did not respond according to the pharmacy. Somewhat unreliable. 1/26/17 update Good check in process; nice staff. But time to update the lobby from those 20 year old chairs! 1/31/17 Resident doctors! Pay attention to pharmacy instructions. I asked to send prescriptions at two separate pharmacies because I get one of them free at Publix. Of course both went to the same pharmacy. Now I have to wait longer for crucial medication. This is unacceptable! 2/13/18 Pharmacy sent a refill request three times. No response from this doctors office. Unacceptable again. 5/10/19: Pharmacy sent refill req
