AdventHealth Medical Group Genomics and Personalized Health at Orlando

On 10/10/24 my son was admitted to A.H. Altamonte & on 10/11/24 was transported to A.H. Orlando. On 10/14/24 he was discharged from A.H. Orlando without his personal property, which he was told was still at A.H. Altamonte. A.H. Altamonte stated their chain of custody shows his property being signed off to A.H. EMS and from there no one seems to know what has happened to his property. On 10/16/24 security at A.H. Orlando requested a statement form which was provided the same day. Today (10/17/24) I was told we are looking at 7-10 business day before we should expect any response. What is missing includes his wallet with Drivers License, bank card & pay card, Key Fob with car and house keys, his cell phone without which he has no access to any accounts. That this happened at all is wrong. No

Dr. Dasouki is absolutely amazing at explaining everything which is quite refreshing. His entire staff is extremely polite and helpful. He takes the time to build trust with his patients and is so understanding of the psychological toll these rare conditions can have on the entire family. Just could not be more grateful to have this doctor for my son.

Bad service and super slow and no communication. Waiting for no reason.
