AdventHealth Medical Group Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Dr. Phillips

Horribly unorganized and inefficient. Scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance even filled out the online onboarding information but when I showed up for my appointment they told me they rescheduled me for the next day. Then proceeded to tell me that they can't find my insurance in the system even though I handed them an insurance card. Verified that they did not contact me via text, phone call or email. Very unimpressed hopefully I can find a doctor's office that is more on the ball.

I dont understand why the reviews are bad. I did not have to wait long at all in the waiting room or for the doctor. Everyone is so nice and understanding. I was so scared of what was going on with me, The doctor understood everything and helped me so much.

It’s impossible to set an appointment with Dr Conroy when you are sick and need her the most. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
