First visit here was great, came back for convince of them having my medications on file and information. But that choice has come back around twice to bite me. Misdiagnosed once and second time given medication that don't work for me even after telling the nurse and doctor that medication does not help or work for me. Had a appointment for 4:30 wasn't seen till after 6pm! Person before me checked in 3:45 and wasn't taken back till they called me also. Doctor was short, wouldn't really let you talk and nurse was very rough doing test. Awful awful service, this location went down hill since emily left. I'll find another doctor my insurance covers cause this bad of service isn't worth it.

I have been twice. Once my son fell on his wrist and we thought it might be broken. They did a good job. I'd give them a 5 except I also needed a physical for my daughter and they don't do that. Why can't their doctors do a physical? No idea. They can only do sports physicals. Lame. So 5 for one visit and 1 for another equals a 3 I guess.

I used to think we had a good Dr. but I’m so fed up with her at this point. My husband was hospitalized last year and while in the hospital we found out that he had Type 2 Diabetes, now about a week prior to his “surprise” hospital stay his primary care Dr. took blood to check his A1C and do a complete work up.. NEVER was it mentioned that he had diabetes, if we hadn’t gone to the hospital my husbands blood sugar would have gone unmonitored and he would have become even more sick. Which brings me to my next issue… I have been trying MULTIPLE times to contact someone ( for over a month now) because my husband needs more insulin and along with some other things.. I use to be able to leave a voice mail explaining my needs or concerns and someone would give me a call back in regards ( 2 min c

Had a follow up appointment post surgery with Emily Johnson. Arrived 15 minutes early, waited 90 minutes, close to ten people arrived after me just went right on back, finally left after waiting 90 minutes and not being seen. Front desk staff was kind and helpful, but will try to avoid ever having to come there again, complete waste of time.
