AdventHealth Innovation Tower

I was sent here twice. First for my MRI and also for my surgery. Both experiences were full of nothing but joyous and pleasant interactions from the staff. From the security guard at the front, pointed me in the direction of who could check me in, to the person who coached me thru my first MRI. She helped make sure I wasn’t getting too claustrophobic and was not deafened by the machine. I was given two copies of the imaging and emailed it to Dr. moneys team so even if I chose a different doctor office (or a second opinion) to go thru with the next steps I could show them the MRI. On the day of my surgery my physician met with me and reassured me that him I was willing to accept the (very minute) risk and I knew what was going on. I went to Rothman Ortho for a 0730 appointment with Dr. Goldberg. I got there a few minutes early and parked in the garage provided for patrons/employees. Secure and well lit. Made my way across the street and viewed the info board on the first floor that listed all offices and physicians' names. Very helpful. Made my way to the 11th floor and was greeted by Victoria and I think Patricia. Both were very kind and helpful. Although, they would not let me get any of their coffee! Lol. At about 0720, Dr. Goldberg came out to the front desk and greeted me. He walked me back to his office area and immediately began to talk to me about my health and how to make it better. Honestly, this is a great facility that I’m happy they built. It’s kind of like one stop shopping. They’ve got everything from physical therapy to orthopedics through their Rothman division to radiology all in one building. I’m sure they have many other services that they offer since they are I believe more than 12 floors, but the bottom line is this is a great place to go if you’re in need of AdventHealth services.

I’ve changed this review several over the past few visits. It was hard to schedule a procedure because the scheduler was off(They only had one lady to do it.) But I eventually was able to get it scheduled. Besides that one mishap. I have literally been treated like a loved family member at each appointment. Everyone is kind, compassionate and understanding. I was not treated like a patient. I was treated as I am, a woman, a mother, a daughter a friend. Extremely encouraging and with a loving understanding that I’ve never received from any facility. ❤️❤️😁

Andrew and Ana are fantastic, skilled therapists who have helped me recover my ability to speak and communicate with others. They are very professional and valuable to AdventHealth!
