My partner was admitted recently. The staff was amazing very attentive. The nurses were all very helpful and courteous and respectful. Definitely appreciated the open transparency and information given in a manner that was understandable to the patient. 10/10 recommend this Hospital. Your family or loved ones will be well taken care of. Sadly this has been our 3 visit here and the service received was phenomenal. Down to the doctors to the cardiologist and the staff, they all did an amazing job. Clean environment and food options as well for visitors. Special Thank you to Dr Ramakrishnan for taking the time out and making sure this entire process was bearable and up to standards. However we are glad to be going home. Thanks again.

My mom spent one week in the hospital recently, and I was there with her every day. I was honestly surprised — in the best way — by how kind, attentive, and compassionate the entire staff was. I especially want to recognize Hailey in the PICU. She went above and beyond helping me navigate getting my mom into a rehab facility. That level of care and support made a huge difference for our family. We’re incredibly grateful for the care my mom received. Thank you to everyone who treated her with such kindness and professionalism.

I was a patient here testing my heart. They were very thorough and always explained everything to me. I always felt safe and in control. The personnel were very friendly and caring. The Staff is exceptional. The food was just so-so, but I wasn't there for the food. This hospital improved so much after AdventHealth took control of it. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I’m really happy I came to Heart of Florida ER. Not happy I had to be admired by that’s my body not their fault. Love everyone on the 3rd floor. From the great job housekeeping comes in every day to the way they clean thee floors daily. The food service people are incredibly nice. Plus you get a real menu posted on card stock paper which lists the specials for the week. Including options, drinks, sides etc on the back. They double check my request for next meal. The nurses are my true hero’s as due to the reason I’m here I had blood draw every 2 hours. They not only hear but listened to my questions / concerns. Polite, efficient, kind hearts and laughed at my dumb jokes. Between these 3?groups I thought I lost me mind when I nearly gave them a tip. When your health is in trouble,

I have never received a better service in any hospital. Almost every employee works with happiness, empathy and kindness. The nurses, aids and food service have been so kind and considerate bringing joy every time they check up on us. We will be eternally grateful for everyone that have made our days better during our mom stay here, specially Genesis, Margoth, Christian and IVAN (he is an angel💚💚💚💚💚💚).
