I want to thank all the staff who took care of me. They were professional yet showed a personal concern for my well-being. A special thank you to my nurse, Bobbie, in the Cardiac unit, who went above board to comfort me during my stay. The food was excellent and served hot each time, which is a big plus. The coffee was served hot and was very good, better than my coffee at home. Thank you again, Diane

I visit this hospital frequently and have eaten in the cafeteria several times per week without any issues. However, my recent experience with security and front desk staff was very disappointing. When I entered, a security guard immediately stopped me in an aggressive tone and told me I needed to check in. I calmly complied and went to the front desk. I provided my last name, but the staff member did not appear to check the system and quickly told me I was not in it and requested my driver’s license. When I politely asked if she could look me up, since I have visited many times before, she dismissed my request without explanation. What concerned me most was not the policy itself I understand hospitals have security procedures but the dismissive and extremly passive aggressive disrespectf

This was not my first time at this facility yet each time, the staff treats me so special! Each and every person assigned to me is a 10+ in professionalism, compassion and sincerity. I always leave feeling as if I was their only patient that day. As I have had many hospital experiences over the years, not one comes anywhere near the quality of care I have here. Thank you for all you do.

I avoid going here to get help because of Dr. Allen in the pych unit he doesn't even show up in person and when you are talking to him on the tablet he is not even paying attention to you. I wasn't the only patient who thought so and the doctors even agreed with me. Aside from that its the nicest hospital I've ever stayed in but im there to get the help I need from doctors who actually listen and are attentive!

Peacefull. Rooms are first class.food is gourmet. 99^% of staff rates 10/10. PT and OT teams are knowledgeable and supportive and encouraging . Loved the color coded uniforms so you always knew what specialist you were talking to
