Best experience I've had at an urgent care! Everyone was so warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! I saw Rina and Dr. Carlos who helped diagnose me and get me medication in the office, so helpful to not run out to the pharmacy. The ladies up front helped check me in and handled my crazy insurance issues. Sydney, Ada and Shameka were so sweet and got all my issues squared away quickly. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm feeling under the weather.

I had a pleasant experience at my recent appointment. Dr.Dennis was incredibly supportive and truly took the time to listen without dismissing my symptoms or concerns. She was both effective and kind, making me feel understood and cared for throughout the entire visit. I also came in as a walk-in an was seen promptly.

I had a great experience today. I was taken care of quickly, and the entire staff was so kind, professional, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well cared for. The facility was extremely clean, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and would not hesitate to come back if needed.

I was in and out in less than 2 hours. They even reassigned my reason for visiting, so I didn’t have to pay for anything, or even my insurance. They are very detailed oriented, making sure they get as much details as possible to properly diagnose and provide you with the best meds.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at AdventHealth Centra Care Waterford Lakes. We waited for almost an hour without being attended, while watching other patients who arrived after us get called first, with no explanation or respect for arrival order. When we approached the front desk to ask what was happening, there was no staff present. Later, an employee told us we had not been seen because they were in a meeting. This is completely unacceptable. In a medical facility, patients should never be left waiting without communication or accountability. What makes this even more concerning is that they require a $100 copay upfront before providing any care, yet the level of service does not reflect professionalism, efficiency, or respect for the patient’s time and health.
