Dr. Dennis is amazing! She has an ability to connect with her patients by truly listening to understand, and validate concerns while recommending the best treatment options. Visiting urgent care can be a stressful experience. Even when you’re nervous and most vulnerable, she always displays such wonderful bedside manner.

Siabhan was awesome! She made me feel so comfortable. I had the most fun you could have at a doctor's appointment.. 😊 I would definitely go back there again!!

I came into the urgent care on Jan.5th and was treated by the two kindest ladies, Tarelsha and Brandy. They warmly welcomed me in and walked me through the sign in process. When it came time to pay I was thrown off by the price and they both comforted me and talked to their manager so that I was able to split the payment in half. I am a college student so that really meant a lot to me. Later I had to come back in due to issues with doctors note that I needed to give to my employer and they were so helpful in explaining the note and how to find it on my advent health app. I was stressed and very overwhelmed and they didn’t make me feel like a burden at all. They both made my experience a 100% better and I hope management knows how valuable they are!

Dr Dennis is amazing. Her bed side manner is commendable. Her knowledge and ability to breakdown my medical state put me in a place of security. She made me really feel like she cares. 🙏🏽!!

The staff truly made the place feel like home when I was feeling under the weather. Siobhan, the front desk, Lily, and Kat were so very sweet. The doctor, Sean Baxter, was also very knowledgeable and asked many questions to get to the root of the problem. 10/10
