Destiny at the front desk absolutely made my visit better before it even started. Just checking me in, she somehow made me feel less sick and a lot more at ease. She was very diligent and helped guests get checked in quickly— even while helping me, she was efficiently assisting other guests too. She walked me through everything step by step, helped with payment, and stayed so patient and kind the whole time. She even noticed another guest was hot and asked if they needed water 🥺 That level of care really stood out. Advent Centra Care is lucky to have her—Destiny’s kindness truly made my day.

I had a great experience at this urgent care from the moment I walked in I felt everyone cared about me and my childs comfort. Jasmine at the front desk was friendly and quick, the nurse Aliyah was kind, and Carlos the X-ray tech made everything easy. PA Sean was incredibly attentive and took his time explaining everything. The whole facility, including the bathrooms, was spotless. They took my insurance and the visit was fully covered with my plan and they even offered prescriptions on site so I didn’t have to wait at a pharmacy. I’ll definitely be back.

Super positive experience here! Great hours, in and out quickly. Facility is clean. Staff is amazing. Jasmine at the front was kind, professional, and welcoming - made it feel like a home town Doctor. Medical staff also professional and good with my child. Way better than other local urgent care practices!

I needed to go to urgent care and the process was so smooth. The Staff was so friendly and tender and made me feel comfortable. They even have an in-house pharmacy for the most common prescriptions that made it super convenient as well.

Front desk ladies are a pocket full of sunshine, super kind and helpful. The nurses and physicians are also incredibly kind and talk you through every step of the process! Wait time was so fast. Got called back almost immediately.
