The Physician, Dr. Jessica Taddeo is absolutely amazing, she’s the best doctor there in my opinion at this urgent care, and I’ve pretty much seen all the physicians there before. In my opinion she deserves a raise she’s patient and shows compassion which is rare now and days with doctors, Also the two medical assistants Patricia and Alexandra who were there that day We’re amazing with me & my son they were the sweetest MA,s I’ve ever experienced at this specific, urgent care care. It would be nice if Patricia is there more often as this was my first time seeing her there seeing her there! This is my first she was the sweetest ever! I took both of my grandkids to Urgent Care today after making a reservation online. When we arrived, it was very busy, but the experience was still excellent. Michael and Veronica at the front desk were extremely helpful, welcoming, and polite. They assisted me with using the kiosk for check-in, which made the process much smoother. Giomarelys and Solmarie were very kind and patient while taking the kids’ vitals and did a great job keeping them entertained so they wouldn’t feel scared. They even gave them lollipops and ice pops, which really helped ease their nerves. The provider, Marielys, was very attentive and truly listened to my concerns. The PSR representatives were attentive and amazing. The medical assistants the day we were seen came out after we checked in and were getting our paper showing we paid and in front of us looked at the PSR representative and said they need to come back tomorrow the doctor isn’t seeing anyone else they said no she’s already paid she’s been here since 4:45 with checking in so I don’t see the issue. Medical assistance wasn’t very nice. Also mentioned to me my daughter had a fever of 101.4 but didn’t give her any medicine to help the fever either. Doctor was amazing until my daughter had a hard time with the stick on her tongue to see the inside of her throat she said her workers have to go home as it was past closing now at 5:20 so she can’t play the game of waiting for her to cooperate with t

I was recently sick with Covid and needed a doctor’s note to stay home. My regular doctor was out of Covid tests so I came to this urgent care. The lady and gentleman at the front desk were so kind and patient. After a wait of about only 15 minutes, I saw the APRN Jessica Taddeo for my visit. She was wonderful. Very thorough and informative. I will definitely go back when needed.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. I called before going in and even over the phone they were very courteous. Every time that I visit it has always been a good experience. During my current visit - Destiny, Veronica, Miguelina and the APRN Sheila Reyes were honestly so awesome.
