AdventHealth Centra Care Orange Lake

This was a top tier experience. We are not from this state. They took our toddler right in to a pedi area. The nurse and the doctor came right in as soon as we settled. The pedi room had a huge tv and these colored lights that were a great distraction. At change of shift the new people were brought in and introduced. They also did a chest xray right in the room. 10 out of 10 experience and we are so grateful.

This location was a bit farther than I wanted to go but we needed available X-ray. Quick check in, quick going back, allowed me to participate in questions, etc. for my adult son as his POA, even though I didn’t have the paperwork with me. Everyone was very nice. His nurse, Marie was very kind and gentle. Even with the distance (25 minutes) I would recommend them to anyone.

Attempted to call this clinic to verify that insurance coverage had been faxed. 1st call on hold then call dropped. 2nd call on hold then eventually forwarded to Celebration location, they reconnected me with Orange Lake and I waited 15 minutes on hold until I hjng up. 3rd call also eventually forwarded to Celebration they said "what? they didn't take your call?" they tried again to connect me. At this point I'm thinking why don't I just go to the Celebration Clinic? Finally, I speak to someone at the office and ask if they received a fax today regarding insurance coverage. They said, no they had not (we'll circle back to this response later). I call my insurance provider and they confirm that a fax was indeed sent. My thinking was that it arrived after my call, but I should be ok to show

So far I have used them twice, both times the staff has been so kind and helpful. Short wait time and the even went above and beyond to give me my child’s shot records when normally you have to wait 24-48hrs. The staff made sure I had it before I left the facility. Thank you all!

I had such a great experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk was welcoming and professional. Nurse Sheila was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen. Medical Assistant Michelle was just as wonderful, super friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout my visit. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel genuinely cared for, especially when you’re not feeling your best. Thank you Sheila and Michelle for making my visit smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this urgent care!
