The Customer Service was very good and very compassionate, caring and competent. The waiting area was relaxing, and the doctor was wonderful. Thank you for your facility that adds to the good health of our community!

I went to this location 3 times. First visit for a broken finger I was overcharged $20. Second visit for an ear issue the “provider” took one look said she didn’t know what the issue was and sent me home. Third visit for a urine test the sample was sent to the wrong lab. I was never notified of this until I called in 5 days later wondering where the results were. That’s when I was notified the first sample was sent to the wrong lab and I would need come in and provide another sample. I’ve been unable to get in touch with the office manager after 3 attempts at calling the facility. Please choose anywhere else for your urgent care needs as this location will not provide any assistance or care.

10/10 experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful especially Nicole ! The clinic was very clean unlike any other clinic I’ve been to in the past. I was seen in a timely manner and they also offered me some refreshments. Lastly, I was able to get my medicine on sight ! I was truly impressed! Shout out to the whole facility or should I say the “ LEE ROAD TEAM “ !

There is not enough words I can put together to say thank you to these ladies Tee (Tarelsha), and Nicole for how genuine and nice they were to me today. I came in overstimulated and overwhelmed having two sick kids today and these ladies including the manager just eased my mind and relieved my stress.They were able to quickly get me in and out without delay. They were so helpful and I would recommend this location over, and over again.

From the moment I checked in for my urgent care appointment, she made me feel truly seen, cared for, and human—which is something you don’t always get in medical settings. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, patiently helping me find all the right information and easing my stress along the way. What stood out most was that she didn’t have to do all that—but she chose to, simply because she cares about people. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine empathy made a huge difference in my day. We need more people like Tee in healthcare—people who treat others with compassion and go the extra mile without even thinking twice. She’s a true gem and deserves all the recognition! 💛
