Had such a great experience at AdventHealth Centra Care! Marsha at the front desk was sweet and welcoming, and Markesha my nurse, was amazing. She was kind, upbeat, and efficient, and they had me and other patients in and out as quickly as possible. The whole process was easy, and the place was spotless. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful honestly one of the best urgent care visits I’ve had!

I had a great experience at AH Centra Care Lake Nona. The entire staff was professional, kind, and very attentive from the moment I arrived. PA Shilpy Bunce was especially wonderful — extremely kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. She made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I also want to recognize Ryan at the front desk, as well as Amit, Liz, and Carey (MA) for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent patient care. Everyone was welcoming and efficient, which made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing urgent care. Thank you all for such a positive experience!

It’s usually a busy center I was surprised I was able to get in and out without having to wait. Amit at the front was a pleasure he made sure all my questions were answered regarding my insurance. Carey was a delight attending to all my needs as well as Shilpy the provider. I would definitely come here or bring my family for services. Excellent job!!

The urgent care was very welcoming, clean, and had a children’s area. We were warmly greeted as first timers to the center. We were then called by Carey, the nurse assistant, to another room. She has a pleasant personality who took all the vitals and after brought us to an exam room. Physician Assistant Shilpy met my husband. She was conscientious , thorough and listened to the concerns. She offered advice and took time to discuss the issue in terms to understand. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend AdventHealth Centra Care Lake Nona to all .

Lawanda and Vivienne were amazing. Wait time was short and I was diagnosed quickly. Booking an appointment was easy and the online check-in was simple. Everyone working was helpful and super personable. Definitely coming back whenever I need care again.
